Material and Workmanship

Cyclone Lighting Inc. guarantees material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. The consignee is responsible for inspecting material upon receipt and prior to installation. (Under no circumstances should defective or damaged material be installed). In the event of freight damage, a freight claim must be filed with the carrier and a replacement order placed with the factory. If any defects should surface after installation, within the warranty period, details of the defect should immediately be reported to the local representative. Cyclone will provide replacement material at no cost. Compensation for labor costs must be pre-approved by Cyclone Lighting.

Cyclone denies all responsibility for the installation of damaged goods. All cartons should be inspected for freight damage on receipt. In the event of freight damage, replacement materials must be ordered and paid for, with the consignee filling a claim with the carrier, for the amount of the replacement materials.

H.I.D. ballasts, LED’s and photoelectric controls carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. All electrical components are pre-tested before leaving the factory. However, a small percentage of these can experience failure within the first year of operation. The defective ballast, photocell or LED module must be returned to the factory and replacements will be shipped at no cost. No labor costs will be accepted for the replacement of these components.

Paint / Finish

Due to its multi-stage preparation process and paint finish, Cyclone Lighting is able to offer you a warranty for a period of five (5) years against corrosion, peeling and fading of more than 30% of the original gloss.
